Maintaining a Safe and Healthy Environment

The well-being and safety of clients remains my top priority. While masking requirements may be easing in many settings, I have made the informed decision to continue requiring masks for clients and staff. This decision is based on my commitment to protecting the health of our most vulnerable community members.

Many regular clients attending this clinic are at higher risk for complications from respiratory illnesses, including those who are elderly or immunocompromised. I believe that requiring masks remains an effective measure to safeguard their health and well-being while they enjoy the benefits of massage therapy.

I understand that wearing a mask may not be the most comfortable for some, but I kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. Your mask helps to create a safer environment not only for yourself but also for vulnerable clients and staff.

Here are some additional steps I'm taking to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone:

1. Enhanced cleaning: I continue to thoroughly clean all high-touch surfaces between appointments.
2. Air purification: HEPA air purification is used to further minimise the risk of airborne transmission.
3. Flexible cancellation: If you're feeling unwell, please do not hesitate to reschedule at no extra charge.
